By command of The Queen, Mr. Charles Gray (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon Her Excellency Miss Natalia Solcan at 5 Dolphin Square, Edensor Road, London W4, this morning in order to bid farewell to Her Excellency upon relinquishing her appointment as Ambassador from the Republic of Moldova to the Court of St. James’s.

Prince William of Wales this morning visited St. Barnabas Hospice Day Centre, Hawthorn Road, Lincoln, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Lincolnshire (Mr. Anthony Worth).

His Royal Highness this afternoon opened the new Life Skills Centre at Eresby School, Eresby Avenue, Spilsby, Lincolnshire.

Prince William of Wales, Honorary Air Commandant, later visited Royal Air Force Coningsby, Lincoln.

Buckingham Palace

The Duke of York, Special Representative for International Trade and Investment, this morning received Mr. Stephen Hester (Chief Executive, Royal Bank of Scotland) and Mr. David O’Loan (Deputy Head of Treasury).

His Royal Highness, Special Representative for International Trade and Investment, this afternoon received the Ambassador for the People’s Republic of China (Her Excellency Madam Fu Ying).
