The Prince of Wales, President, The Prince’s Trust, and The Duchess of Cornwall afterwards gave a dinner at Buckingham Palace.
The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon attended a reception at Royal Air Force Lyneham, Chippenham, to celebrate the Sixtieth Anniversary of Age Concern Wiltshire and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Wiltshire (Mr. John Bush).
Her Royal Highness afterwards visited Church View Nursing Home, Rainer Close, Stratton St. Margaret, Swindon, and was received by Lieutenant Colonel James Arkell (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Wiltshire).

The Duke of York, Special Representative for International Trade and Investment, this evening attended a reception for Afghanistan: the London Conference at St. James’s Palace.
His Royal Highness afterwards departed Royal Air Force Northolt for Switzerland.

Princess Alexandra, Royal Patron, the Royal United Kingdom Beneficent Association, this afternoon received Mr. Hamish Bryce at Buckingham Palace upon relinquishing his appointment as Chairman and the Lady Brittan upon assuming the appointment.
Her Royal Highness, Patron, Queen Mary’s Clothing Guild, later received Mrs. Rachel Parry upon relinquishing her appointment as Chairman.
