The Prince of Wales, Colonel-in-Chief, The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada, was represented by Brigadier General Robert Alden (The Black Watch Advisory Board) at the Funeral of Lieutenant General Duncan McAlpine (Honorary Colonel) which was held in Kingston, Ontario, this afternoon.
