The Prince of Wales, Colonel-in-Chief, The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada, was represented by Lieutenant Colonel Daniel O’Connor (Honorary Lieutenant Colonel) at the Memorial Service for Colonel Gilbert Scott Morrison (formerly Commanding Officer) which was held in St. Thomas the Apostle Anglican Church, Ottawa, Canada, this afternoon.
