Buckingham Palace
The Queen, Captain General, The Honourable Artillery Company, accompanied by The Duke of Edinburgh, Member, this morning reviewed the Company of Pikemen and Musketeers at Armoury House, City Road, London EC1, and was received by the Colonel Commandant (Lieutenant General Barney White-Spunner), Major General William Cubitt (General Officer Commanding London District), the Rt Hon the Lord Mayor (Alderman Nicholas Anstee) and the Mayor of the London Borough of Islington (Councillor Anna Berent).
Her Majesty and His Royal Highness were received with a Royal Salute and The Queen reviewed the Company.
Pikes were charged and Muskets fired and the Company marched past Her Majesty and His Royal Highness.
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh afterwards attended a Reception with Pikemen and Musketeers.
Her Majesty subsequently presented The Queen’s Prize to Colour Sergeant Harry Voyantzis.
Prince Michael of Kent (Regimental Colonel, The Honourable Artillery Company) was present.
The Duke of Edinburgh was represented by Sir Brian McGrath at the Service of Thanksgiving for the Life of Mr Andrew Cowdery which was held in Holy Trinity Church, Trinity Place, Windsor, Berkshire, this morning.

The Prince of Wales, today visited the Royal Ulster Agricultural Society’s Balmoral Show at King’s Hall, Belfast, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the County Borough of Belfast (Dame Mary Peters).
His Royal Highness this afternoon held an Investiture at Hillsborough Castle and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of County Down (Mr David Lindsay).
The Prince of Wales later received the Rt Hon Peter Robinson MLA (First Minister, Northern Ireland Assembly) at Hillsborough Castle.
His Royal Highness this evening held a Dinner at Hillsborough Castle.
The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron, the Kennel Club Charitable Trust, this afternoon visited Mayhew Animal Home, Trenmar Gardens, Kensal Green, London NW10, and was received by Mr Richard Walker-Arnott (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
Her Royal Highness, President, afterwards visited Barnardo’s Young Women’s Project in London.

The Princess Royal, Patron and Honorary Member, Suffolk Horse Society, this morning opened the Suffolk Punch Trust Visitor Centre, Sink Farm, St Davids Lane, Hollesley, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Suffolk (the Lord Tollemache).
Her Royal Highness later opened the new extension of the Lowestoft Maritime Museum, Sparrows Next, Whapload Road, Lowestoft, and was received by Mr William Kendall (Deputy Lieutenant of Suffolk).
