Buckingham Palace
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh arrived at Scarborough Railway Station this morning and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of North Yorkshire (the Lord Crathorne).
Her Majesty and His Royal Highness drove to Northstead Manor Gardens Open Air Theatre, Burniston Road, Scarborough, and were received by the Chief Executive of Scarborough Council (Mr James Dillon) and the Mayor of Scarborough (Councillor William Chatt).
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh viewed performances by local children and Her Majesty subsequently officially re-opened the Theatre.
The Queen, Duke of Lancaster, and The Duke of Edinburgh afterwards visited the Duchy Estates in the county.
Her Majesty and His Royal Highness visited Hares Leap Farm Shop, Flats Farm, Coastal Road, Burniston, were received by the Chief Executive and Clerk of the Duchy of Lancaster (Mr Paul Clarke) and met members of staff.
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh afterwards visited Town Farm at Cloughton and were received by the Chairman of the Duchy of Lancaster Council (the Lord Shuttleworth).
Her Majesty and His Royal Highness viewed presentations on Cloughton Village plan, Cloughton Fields farmstead and the grouse moor improvement work and met members of the local community.
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh this afternoon visited the Blacksmiths Shop in Cloughton.
Her Majesty and His Royal Highness afterwards Lunched with Duchy of Lancaster Council Members and local residents at the Blacksmiths Arms Inn, Cloughton.
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh later visited Ripley’s Farm, North Yorkshire, and viewed the new buildings.

The Prince of Wales, Patron, the Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership, this morning received Mrs Polly Courtice (Director).
His Royal Highness held a Social Enterprise Meeting at Clarence House.
The Prince of Wales afterwards visited Leighton House Museum, 12 Holland Park Road, London W14, and was received by Sir Michael Craig-Cooper (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London).
The Duchess of Cornwall, President, Brooke Hospital for Animals, this afternoon attended a Meeting of Experts at St James’s Palace.
Her Royal Highness, President, Barnardo’s, this evening held a Reception at Clarence House.

His Royal Highness this morning visited Spirit Aerosystems Malaysia.
The Duke of York later attended a Meeting with Mr Arlida Ariff (President and Chief Executive Officer, Iskandar Investment Berhad) at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
His Royal Highness this afternoon gave a keynote speech at the World Islamic Economic Forum at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and remained to Lunch.
The Duke of York later called upon The Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia at Istana Negari.
His Royal Highness afterwards visited the Air Asia Academy.
The Duke of York this evening visited the headquarters of Air Asia.

His Royal Highness afterwards attended the launch of the Partnership between The Duke of Edinburgh’s Young American Challenge and the Boy Scouts of America at the National Scouting Museum, 1329 West Walnut Hill Lane, Dallas.
The Earl of Wessex, Chairman of the International Council, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Association, this evening attended the Boy Scouts of America Dinner at the Cipriani Restaurant, 220 Las Colinas Boulevard, East Irving, Texas.
The Countess of Wessex, Patron, Central School of Ballet, this evening attended a performance by the School’s Third Year Company at the Corn Exchange Theatre, Market Place, Newbury, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the Royal County of Berkshire (the Hon Mrs Bayliss).
