His Royal Highness this morning visited IMS Research, 3-5 Huxley Close, Wellingborough, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire (the Lady Juliet Townsend).
The Duke of York later visited Campden BRI, Station Road, Chipping Campden, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gloucestershire (Sir Henry Elwes).
His Royal Highness this afternoon visited Dunlop Aircraft Tyres, 40 Fort Parkway, Erdington, Birmingham, and was received by Colonel Anthony Griffiths (Deputy Lieutenant of West Midlands).
The Duke of York afterwards opened the MACH 2010 Show at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham.

His Royal Highness, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, this afternoon held a Meeting at Buckingham Palace.
The Earl of Wessex, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation, later presented the Peter Cruddas Social Innovation Initiative Awards at Buckingham Palace.
His Royal Highness, Trustee, this evening held a Dinner at Buckingham Palace for Young Fellows of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation.

The Princess Royal this morning opened the new glasshouses at the Scottish Crop Research Institute, Errol Road, Invergowrie, Dundee, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Perth and Kinross (Brigadier Melville Jameson).
Her Royal Highness subsequently visited Balruddery Farm, Invergowrie.
