The Duchess of Rothesay this morning attended the HMS Astute Commissioning Ceremony at Her Majesty’s Naval Base Clyde, Faslane, Helensburgh, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Dunbartonshire (Rear Admiral Michael Gregory).
