The Duke of Edinburgh, also representing The Queen, was present at the Service of Thanksgiving for the Life of Air Chief Marshal Sir Christopher Moran (Principal Aide-de-Camp Air and formerly Equerry in Waiting to His Royal Highness) which was held in St Clement Danes Church, Strand, London WC2, today.
The Duke of York was represented by Air Marshal Ian Macfadyen.
The Princess Royal was represented by Vice Admiral Timothy Laurence.
By command of The Queen, Mr. Charles Gray (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr Antonio Lagdameo at 8 Suffolk Street, London SW1, this afternoon in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Republic of the Philippines to the Court of St James’s.

The Duke of York, Special Representative for International Trade and Investment, today carried out the following engagements in Singapore.
His Royal Highness this morning opened the new Sixth Form Block at the Tanglin Trust School.
The Duke of York afterwards attended a Briefing with the Co-Chairman of the Singapore British Business Council at the St Regis Hotel.
His Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Lunch given by the British Chamber in Singapore for representatives of the British and Indian Chambers at the Shangri-La Hotel.
The Duke of York later called upon the Group President and Chief Executive of Sembcorp Industries at Hill Street.
His Royal Highness was received afterwards by The President of the Republic of Singapore at the Istana.
The Duke of York later received Madam Kay Kuok (Executive Chairman, Shangri-La Hotels) at the St Regis Hotel.
His Royal Highness subsequently attended a Reception at Eden Hall to mark the launch of InfraCo Asia.
The Duke of York this evening departed Changi International Airport, Singapore, for Malaysia and was received later upon arrival at Subang Airport by the British High Commissioner to the Federation of Malaysia (His Excellency Mr Simon Featherstone).

The Earl of Wessex, Vice Patron, the Commonwealth Games Federation, this morning visited Commonwealth Games support staff from Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom at the Australian High Commission in Delhi, India, and was received by the Australian High Commissioner to the Republic of India (His Excellency Mr Peter Varghese).
His Royal Highness, Vice Patron, the Commonwealth Games Federation, this evening attended a Dinner given by Mr Nigel Casey (Deputy British High Commissioner to the Republic of India).

Kensington Palace
The Duke of Gloucester this morning visited City and Guilds of London Art School, 124 Kennington Park Road, London SE11, and was received by Mrs Jennifer Bianco (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
His Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Building Crafts College, Kennard Road, Stratford, London E15, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir David Brewer).
