The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh this morning attended a Garden Party given by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman (His Excellency Mr Noel Guckian) at the Residence in Muscat.

Her Majesty and His Royal Highness this afternoon viewed a Horse Show at the Royal Cavalry, Muscat, and were received by The Sultan of Oman and the Commander of the Royal Cavalry (Brigadier Abdul Razak Alzhahwarzi).

Sir Erik Bennett was received by The Queen this afternoon when Her Majesty invested him with the Insignia of a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.

The Queen invested The Sultan of Oman with the Royal Victorian Chain this evening.

The Duke of York this morning arrived at Farnborough Airport from Azerbaijan.
