His Royal Highness afterwards received The President of the Republic of Maldives.

The Prince of Wales this afternoon attended a Tea for the Not Forgotten Association, at St. James’s Palace.

His Royal Highness, President, Business in the Community, later attended the Annual General Meeting and Leadership Summit at the Royal Horticultural Halls, Lawrence Hall, Grey Coat Street, London SW1.

The Prince of Wales this evening attended a Dinner for Historic Royal Palaces, at St. James’s Palace.

The Duchess of Cornwall, President, Shelterbox, this evening switched on the Christmas Lights at Chelsea Harbour, London SW10, and was received by Wing Commander Michael Dudgeon (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Prince William of Wales, President, the Football Association, this morning attended a presentation to the Executive Committee Members of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association by the England 2018 World Cup Bid Team at FIFA House, Zurich, Switzerland, and was present this afternoon at the announcement by the Fédération Internationale at Messe Zurich.

His Royal Highness this evening arrived at Hawarden Airport, Chester, from Switzerland.

Mr. James Lowther-Pinkerton, Mr. Patrick Harverson and Mr. Miguel Head were in attendance.

Buckingham Palace

The Countess of Wessex, Chairman, Women in Business (promoting The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award), this morning held a Meeting at Buckingham Palace.

Her Royal Highness, President, the Royal Bath and West of England Society, this afternoon attended a Meeting at Sainsbury’s Headquarters, 33 Holborn, London EC1.

The Countess of Wessex, Trustee, the Royal National Institute for Deaf People, later held a Meeting at Buckingham Palace.

The Princess Royal, accompanied by Vice Admiral Timothy Laurence, today carried out the following engagements in Mauritius.

Her Royal Highness this morning opened the London College of Accountancy, Tower III, NeXTeracom, Cybercity, Ebene, and presented The Queen’s Award for Innovation.

The Princess Royal was received later by The President of the Republic of Mauritius at State House, Réduit.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon laid a wreath at the Commonwealth War Graves Memorial in Phoenix Cemetery.

The Princess Royal later unveiled a monument to commemorate the landing of British Forces near Cap Malheureux in 1810, at Bain Boeuf.

Her Royal Highness afterwards called upon Dr. the Hon. Navinchandra Ramgoolam MP (Prime Minister of the Republic of Mauritius) at the Ex-Treasury Building, Intendence Street, Port Louis.

The Princess Royal this evening attended a Reception given by the British High Commissioner to the Republic of Mauritius (His Excellency Mr. Nicholas Leake) at the Residence in Floreal.

Her Royal Highness subsequently attended a Dinner given by The President of the Republic of Mauritius at State House.

The Duke of Gloucester, Patron, Heritage of London Trust, this afternoon received Mr. Ronald Barden (Chairman) and Mrs. Diana Beattie (Director).

The Duchess of Gloucester, Royal Patron, Prostate Action, this evening attended Carols by Candlelight in St. Paul’s Church, Knightsbridge, London SW1.
