COURT CIRCULAR

Buckingham Palace

Her Excellency Mrs Esther Armenteros was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of her predecessor and her own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from Cuba to the Court of St James’s.

Mr Ángel Ramírez was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Mr Mohd Aziyan bin Abdullah was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Commission as High Commissioner for Brunei Darussalam in London.

Mrs Nur Fadhlina binti Abdullah was also received by Her Majesty.

Mr Simon Fraser (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) was present.

Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Dalton (Chief of the Air Staff) was received by The Queen.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales this morning received Sir Stuart Hampson (Chairman of the Crown Estate) and Mr Roger Bright (Chief Executive).

His Royal Highness, President, Business in the Community, afterwards held a Meeting for Start 2011 at Clarence House.

The Prince of Wales, Admiral, today presented Operational Service medals to members of Commando Helicopter Force who have recently returned from Afghanistan and afterwards held a Reception at Clarence House for Service personnel and their families.

The Earl of Wessex this morning visited Royal Russell School, 110 Coombe Lane, Croydon, Surrey, and was received by Colonel Ian McRobbie (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

His Royal Highness this afternoon attended the Foreign Airlines Association Lunch at the Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane, London W1.

The Princess Royal, Patron, the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, this morning opened new offices at Kinson Hub, Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, as part of the Seventieth Anniversary celebrations of Citizens Advice Bournemouth, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Dorset (Mrs Anthony Pitt-Rivers).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Weymouth Relief Road in Dorset to mark its completion on the A354 between Dorchester and Weymouth.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester, Patron, this morning attended the St George’s Society of New York Beneficiaries Committee Meeting at 216 East 45th Street, New York, United States of America.

His Royal Highness, Patron, St George’s Society of New York, today attended the Inaugural Commonwealth Medal Luncheon at the Metropolitan Club, 1 East 60th Street, New York.

The Duke of Gloucester, Patron, St George’s Society of New York, this afternoon attended a Members Reception at the House of the Redeemer, 7 East 95th Street, New York.

His Royal Highness this evening departed John F. Kennedy Airport, New York, for the United Kingdom.

Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park

Princess Alexandra, Patron, London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, this afternoon attended a Christmas Carol Concert at the Church of St Philip, Earls Court Road, London W8.
