His Royal Highness this afternoon called upon The President of the United States of America at the White House.
The Prince of Wales later attended a Reception given by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the United States of America (His Excellency Sir Nigel Sheinwald) at the Residence in Washington DC.
His Royal Highness this evening attended a Dinner given by Senator John Kerry and Mrs Theresa Heinz in Georgetown.
The Duchess of Cornwall this morning visited Emmaus Roman Catholic and Church of England Primary School, Southend Road, Manor Lane, Sheffield, and met students from the University of Sheffield Linguistics Society literacy project, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of South Yorkshire (Mr David Moody).
