The Prince of Wales, Colonel-in-Chief, Army Air Corps, this morning presented Operational Service Medals to soldiers from 9 Regiment who have recently returned from Afghanistan and took the Salute at the Freedom Parade in Boroughbridge, and subsequently attended a Reception at Boroughbridge Hall, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of North Yorkshire (the Lord Crathorne).

The Duke of Gloucester, President, Three Counties Agricultural Society, this afternoon visited Malvern Spring Gardening Show at the Showground, Malvern, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Worcestershire (Mr. Michael Brinton).

His Royal Highness, Grand Prior, the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem, this evening attended a Gala Dinner at the Hilton Hotel, Kingsway, Cardiff, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of South Glamorgan (Dr. Peter Beck).
