The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this morning met residents and representatives from businesses and the emergency services affected by the recent disturbances in Tottenham, Tottenham Community Assistance Centre, Tottenham Green Leisure Centre, 1 Philip Lane, London N15, and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir David Brewer).
His Royal Highness, President, The Prince’s Trust, and Her Royal Highness later visited The Prince’s Trust Centre, Unit 5.2, Bayford Street Industrial Units, Bayford Street, Hackney, London E8, and were received by Lieutenant Colonel Roderick Morriss (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon visited the Metropolitan Police Service, Central Communications Command, 109 London Road, Lambeth, London SE1.
Their Royal Highnesses later visited London Road, Croydon, an area affected by fire during the recent disturbances, and were received by Colonel Ian McRobbie (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall afterwards visited Croydon Old Town Fire Station, 90 Old Town, Croydon, Surrey.
