The Prince of Wales, President, this morning attended a Reception at St. James’s Palace to mark His Royal Highness’s patronage of World Wide Fund for Nature UK.

Princess Alexandra, formerly President, World Wide Fund for Nature UK, was present.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall later arrived in Belfast and were received by the Rt. Hon. Owen Paterson MP (Secretary of State for Northern Ireland) and Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the County Borough of Belfast (Dame Mary Peters).

Their Royal Highnesses this afternoon visited Kilkeel fishing port, Kilkeel Harbour, and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of County Down (Mr. David Lindsay).

The Prince of Wales, President, The Prince’s Trust, and The Duchess of Cornwall later visited Mourne Maritime Centre and Mourne Seafood Cookery School, Nautilus Centre, Rooney Road, Kilkeel, and met Prince’s Trust young people participating in a cookery course.

His Royal Highness afterwards attended a Meeting with the Anglo North Irish Fish Producers’ Organisation and the Northern Ireland Fish Producers’ Organisation at Nautilus Centre.

The Prince of Wales later received the Rt. Hon. Peter Robinson MLA (First Minister, Northern Ireland Assembly) at Hillsborough Castle, County Down.

His Royal Highness, President, The Prince’s Regeneration Trust, received Mrs. Fionnuala Jay-O’Boyle, (Trustee) and Mr. John Smylie (architect) at Hillsborough Castle.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this evening received the Rt. Hon. Owen Paterson MP (Secretary of State for Northern Ireland) and the Hon. Mrs. Paterson at Hillsborough Castle.

The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon met local fishing families at Nautilus Centre.

Buckingham Palace

The Duke of York this morning attended a Meeting at the offices of Scottish Power, Dealain House, Cumbernauld, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Dunbartonshire (Rear Admiral Michael Gregory).

His Royal Highness later performed the ground-cutting ceremony at the Power Networks Demonstration Centre site in Cumbernauld.

The Duke of York afterwards attended a series of Meetings on support for renewable energy at the University of Strathclyde, James Weir Building, Montrose Street, Glasgow, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Glasgow (Councillor Robert Winter, the Rt. Hon. the Lord Provost).

His Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Luncheon given by the Lord Provost at City Hall, Glasgow.

The Duke of York later visited Royal Air Force Cranwell, Sleaford, and presented the Brevet, Honours and Awards, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Lincolnshire (Mr. Anthony Worth).

Buckingham Palace

The Earl of Wessex, Vice Patron, the Commonwealth Games Federation, this evening arrived at Government House, Isle of Man, and was received by the Lieutenant-Governor (Mr. Adam Wood).

The Countess of Wessex this morning visited Apollo House, Chapel Place, Ramsgate, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Kent (the Viscount De L’Isle).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, later visited the Royal School for Deaf Children, Victoria Road, Margate, Kent.

The Countess of Wessex this afternoon opened the newly renovated facilities at the Nuffield Health Hospital, Kingswood Road, Tunbridge Wells, and was received by Mr. Paul Sabin (Deputy Lieutenant of Kent).

Buckingham Palace

The Princess Royal, Master, the Worshipful Company of Butchers, this morning attended the Annual Service, Common Hall and Election of Master at Butchers’ Hall, 87-88 Bartholomew Close, London EC1.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Centre for Health Science at Raigmore Hospital, Old Perth Road, Inverness, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Inverness (Donald Cameron of Lochiel).

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, President, Edge Foundation, this morning received Ms. Jan Hodges (Chief Executive Officer).
