The Duke of Gloucester today visited the Kington Show at the Ovals Farm, Kington, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Herefordshire (the Countess of Darnley).

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, Deputy Colonel-in-Chief, The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards (Carabiniers and Greys), and Royal Colonel, The Rifles, this morning departed from Heathrow Airport, London, for Afghanistan and later arrived in Lash Kah Gah.
