The Duke of York this morning visited Teledyne CML Group Limited, Tebay Road, Bromborough, Wirral, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Merseyside (Dame Lorna Muirhead).

His Royal Highness later visited TTE, Ellesmere Port, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cheshire (Mr. David Briggs).

The Duke of York this afternoon visited Daresbury Innovation Centre, Keckwick Lane, Daresbury, Cheshire.

His Royal Highness afterwards visited Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre, Macclesfield, Cheshire.

The Princess Royal, Director, London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, this morning attended the International Olympic Committee Co-ordination Commission Closing Plenary at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, 65 Fleet Street, London EC4.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited the International Maritime Organization and attended a Luncheon at 4 Albert Embankment London SE1.

The Princess Royal this evening attended a Reception at the Wellington Trust, HQS WELLINGTON, Temple Stairs, Victoria Embankment, London WC2.

Her Royal Highness, President, British Olympic Association, afterwards attended the British Olympic Ball at Kensington Olympia, Hammersmith, London W14.

Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park

Princess Alexandra, President, this afternoon visited the Royal Star and Garter Homes, Tudor Coppice, Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Midlands (Mr. Paul Sabapathy).
