Sir Peter Ricketts (National Security Advisor) was received by The Queen today.
Her Excellency Mrs. Winnie Kiap was received by The Queen on her appointment as High Commissioner for Papua New Guinea in London.
The following were received in audience by The Queen and kissed hands upon their appointment as Her Majesty’s Ambassadors: Mr. Alastair McPhail (the Republic of South Sudan), Ms. Deborah Bronnert (the Republic of Zimbabwe), Mr. Nigel Baker (Holy See) and Mrs. Susannah Montgomery (the Slovak Republic).
Mrs. McPhail, Major Alfonso Torrents, Mrs. Baker and Dr. Andrew Montgomery were also received by Her Majesty.
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh held an Evening Reception at Buckingham Palace for the Diplomatic Corps at which The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester and Prince and Princess Michael of Kent were present.
The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron, Outward Bound International, this morning received Mr. Jamie Anderson upon relinquishing his appointment of Chairman and Ms. Mary Thomson upon assuming the appointment.
The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron, today attended Receptions at St. James’s Palace for young people who have achieved the Gold Standard in The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
The Baroness Trumpington (Baroness in Waiting) was present at Heathrow Airport, London, this afternoon upon the Arrival of The King and Queen of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and welcomed Their Majesties on behalf of The Queen.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall were received this morning by The President of Zanzibar at State House, Zanzibar, Tanzania.
Their Royal Highnesses later visited Stone Town, Zanzibar.
The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon visited the Unguja Urban North Teachers’ Resource Centre, Bububu.
Their Royal Highnesses afterwards visited the Kizimbani Spice Plantation in Unguja, Zanzibar.
The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this evening attended a Reception given by the British High Commissioner to the United Republic of Tanzania (Her Excellency Miss Diane Corner) at the Residence in Dar es Salaam.

The Princess Royal today visited Guernsey and was received by the Lieutenant-Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Bailiwick of Guernsey (Air Marshal Peter Walker).
Her Royal Highness, Patron, Wooden Spoon Society, this morning visited Le Rondin School and Centre, Rue des Landes, Forest.
The Princess Royal, President, Animal Health Trust, this afternoon attended a Reception at Schroders Private Bank, Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St. Peter Port.
Her Royal Highness, Patron, Wooden Spoon Society, afterwards visited Le Murier School, Rue de Dol, St. Sampson.
The Princess Royal later visited Guernsey Rugby Football Stadium, Footes Lane, St. Peter Port.
Her Royal Highness, Commandant-in-Chief (Youth), St. John Ambulance, subsequently visited the Ambulance Station at Rohais, St. Peter Port, to mark the Seventy Fifth Anniversary of St. John Ambulance and Rescue Service.
The Princess Royal, President, Animal Health Trust, this evening attended a Dinner at Beau Sejour Leisure Centre, Amherst. St. Peter Port.

The Duke of Gloucester this morning opened St. Mary’s Church of England High School, Lieutenant Ellis Way, Cheshunt, and was received by Mr. Richard Beazley (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Hertfordshire).
His Royal Highness today opened the new Law Building at the University of Hertfordshire, de Havilland Campus, Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

The Duke of Kent, Patron, this morning visited Aidis Trust, 1 London Wall Buildings, London Wall, London EC2.
Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park
Princess Alexandra, Patron and Air Chief Commandant, Princess Mary Royal Air Force Nursing Service, this afternoon unveiled a Tribute to commemorate the former Princess Mary Royal Air Force Hospital, Halton, and was received by Mr. Alexander Boswell (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire).
Her Royal Highness later officially opened Aylesbury Waterside Theatre, Exchange Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
