The Rt Hon Mark Francois MP (Vice Chamberlain of the Household) was received in audience by The Queen today and presented an Address from the House of Commons to which Her Majesty was graciously pleased to make reply.
Mrs Judith Hanratty, Chairman of the Commonwealth Education Trust, was received by The Queen and presented the first copy of the Commemorative Anthology marking the One Hundred and Twenty Fifth Anniversary of the foundation of the Trust to Her Majesty.
The Right Reverend Graeme Knowles was received by The Queen upon relinquishing his appointment as Dean of St Paul’s Cathedral when Her Majesty invested him with the Insignia of a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.
The Prince of Wales, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at Buckingham Palace this morning.

His Royal Highness this evening held a Reception at Clarence House for the Tubney Charitable Trust.
The Duchess of Cornwall, President, Barnardo’s, this morning received Miss Hilary Keenlyside upon relinquishing her appointment as Chairman and Mr Geoffrey Barnett upon assuming the appointment.

The Princess Royal, Patron, the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, afterwards presented the MoneyActive Awards at the Chartered Insurance Institute, 20 Aldermanbury, London EC2.
Her Royal Highness, Patron, British Equine Veterinary Association, later received Mr Benjamin Mayes (President) and Mr David Mountford (Chief Executive) at Buckingham Palace.
