His Royal Highness afterwards visited Palmers Department Store, 37-39 Market Place, Great Yarmouth, to commemorate its One Hundredth and Seventy Fifth Anniversary.

The Earl and Countess of Wessex this morning arrived in the Port of Saint Georges, Grenada, West Indies, on behalf of The Queen in celebration of the Diamond Jubilee.
Their Royal Highnesses later attended a Youth Rally at the National Stadium, Saint Georges.
The Earl and Countess of Wessex afterwards visited the Botanical Gardens, St David.
Their Royal Highnesses subsequently visited Laura Spice Gardens, St David.
The Earl and Countess of Wessex this afternoon attended a State Lunch given by the Governor-General of Grenada (His Excellency Sir Carlyle Glean) and the Hon Tillman Thomas (Prime Minister of Grenada) on Spice Island.
His Royal Highness, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation, accompanied by Her Royal Highness, later attended a Reception for young people who have reached the Gold Standard in the Award on Spice Island.
