The Duke of Edinburgh, Colonel, Grenadier Guards, this afternoon attended the Regimental Remembrance Service in the Guards Chapel, Wellington Barracks, Birdcage Walk, London SW1.

Clarence House 

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon departed Royal Air Force Brize Norton for Canada and were received upon arrival at Fredericton Airport this evening by the Lieutenant-Governor of New Brunswick (the Hon Graydon Nicholas).

The Rt Hon Sir Christopher Geidt, Mr William Nye, Mr Clive Alderton, Mr Kevin MacLeod, Mr Patrick Harverson, Miss Eva Omaghomi, Mrs Sophie Densham and Captain Nicolas Forsyth are in attendance.

Buckingham Palace 

The Duke of York, Colonel-in-Chief, 9th/12th Royal Lancers (Prince of Wales’s), this morning took the salute at the Combined Cavalry Memorial Parade and subsequently laid a wreath on the Cavalry Memorial in Hyde Park, London W2.

Kensington Palace 

The Duchess of Gloucester this afternoon attended The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Glamis Gathering, an Angus Celebration, at Glamis Castle and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Angus (Mrs James Osborne).

Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park 

Princess Alexandra, Royal Patron, Oxford Philomusica Trust, this evening attended a Dinner and Concert at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London WC2.
