The Duke of Edinburgh, Founder and Patron, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Association, this afternoon received Mr Gregory Belton (Chairman of the International Trustees) at Windsor Castle.

His Royal Highness, Founder and Patron, this evening held a Dinner to mark the Twenty Fifth Anniversary of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award World Fellowship at Windsor Castle.

Clarence House 

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, on behalf of The Queen in celebration of Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee, today visited Sark and Alderney.

Their Royal Highnesses this morning met members of the local community at New Island Hall, Rue Du Seigneurie, and subsequently visited La Seigneurie Gardens, Sark.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon met members of the local community at Island Hall, Alderney, and subsequently met representatives of Alderney Renewable Energy.

Buckingham Palace 

The Duke of York, Past Captain, the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, today attended the Open Championship at Royal Lytham and St Annes Golf Club, Lytham St Annes, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Lancashire (the Lord Shuttleworth).

Buckingham Palace 

The Earl of Wessex, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation, this evening attended The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award World Fellowship Twenty Fifth Anniversary Dinner at Windsor Castle.

St James’s Palace 

The Duke of Kent, Chancellor, University of Surrey, this morning conferred Honorary and First Degrees at Guildford Cathedral, Surrey.

Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park 

Princess Alexandra this morning visited the Battle Back Centre at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, Telford, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Shropshire (Mr Algernon Heber-Percy).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited St Andrew’s Church of England Primary School, Park Lane, Shifnal, Shropshire.

Princess Alexandra later visited Green-acres Farm and Education Centre, Kemberton, Shifnal.
