Balmoral Castle 

The Lord Griffiths of Burry Port (President of the Boys’ Brigade) was received by The Queen this afternoon and presented a Loyal Address on the occasion of the Diamond Jubilee to which Her Majesty was graciously pleased to make reply.

The Duke of Edinburgh, Admiral and Member, Royal Yacht Squadron, this morning viewed the racing in the Solent and subsequently attended a Luncheon on board MY Farragon at Cowes and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Isle of Wight (Major General Martin White).
