Buckingham Palace

The Duke of York this morning visited Northgate Managed Services, Hillview House, 61 Church Road, Newtownabbey, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of County Antrim (Mrs Joan Christie).

His Royal Highness afterwards visited Northern Regional College, Antrim Campus, Fountain Street, Antrim, County Antrim.

The Duke of York this after-noon visited Michelin Tyre plc, 190 Raceview Road, Ballymena, County Antrim.

His Royal Highness later attended a Garden Party given by the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (the Rt Hon Owen Paterson MP) at Hillsborough Castle.

The Earl of Wessex, Patron, British Paralympic Association, and The Countess of Wessex today visited the Paralympic Games.

The Princess Royal, Patron, International Sheep Dog Society, this morning attended the International Sheep Dog Trials at Redland Farm, Bonvilston, Cardiff, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of South Glamorgan (Dr Peter Beck).

The Princess Royal, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, today attended the Paralympic Games.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester this morning visited Beatson Clark, the Glass Works, Greasbrough Road, Rotherham, and was received by Dr Giles Bloomer (Vice LordLieutenant of South Yorkshire).

His Royal Highness this afternoon visited Rotherham Hospice, Broom Road, Rotherham.

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester later attended a Diamond Jubilee Garden Party and officially opened the newly restored Clifton Park, Rotherham.

The Duchess of Gloucester this morning opened Lifewise, Kea Park Close, Hellaby, Rotherham, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of South Yorkshire (Mr David Moody).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited the offices of Safe@Last, Great House, Waterside Business Park, Rotherham Road, Dinnington, Sheffield.
