Balmoral Castle 

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh were represented by the Earl of Airlie KT (Chancellor of the Order of the Thistle) at the Memorial Service for the Viscount Arbuthnott KT (formerly Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Kincardineshire) which was held in St Machar’s Cathedral, Aberdeen, this afternoon.

The Princess Royal was represented by the Lord Wilson of Tillyorn KT.

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester were represented by Professor Anthony Mellows.

Clarence House 

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay today held a Prince’s Charities’ Meeting.

St James’s Palace 

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, representing The Queen, today carried out the following engagements in Malaysia to mark Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee.

Their Royal Highnesses this morning visited Assyakirin Mosque, Kuala Lumpur.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge afterwards attended a Cultural Event at Kuala Lumpur Central Park.

Their Royal Highnesses later attended a UK Business Event and Lunch at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge this afternoon attended a Diamond Jubilee Tea Party given by the British High Commissioner to Malaysia (His Excellency Mr Simon Featherstone) at the Residence in Kuala Lumpur.

Their Royal Highnesses this evening attended a Reception given by the Sabah State Government at the Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Hotel, Kota Kinabalu.

Buckingham Palace 

The Earl of Wessex this morning visited the Canadian Forces Rangers, Sylvia Grinnell Park, Iqaluit, Nunavut, Canada.

The Earl and Countess of Wessex later attended an Elders Nature Walk and Lunch in Sylvia Grinnell Park.

His Royal Highness, Colonel-in-Chief, Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment, this evening attended a Regimental Mess Dinner at Belleville Travelodge, 11 Bay Bridge Road, Belleville, Ontario.

The Countess of Wessex this morning visited Nunavut Arctic College, Iqaluit.

Her Royal Highness this evening attended the Toronto International Film Festival Reception, Queen’s Park, Toronto, Ontario.

The Countess of Wessex later attended the Toronto International Film Festival Gala Screening at the Elgin Theatre, Toronto.

Kensington Palace 

The Duke of Gloucester this afternoon opened Lightmoor Village, Telford, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Shropshire (Mr Algernon Heber-Percy).

His Royal Highness afterwards presented The Queen’s Award for Enterprise to Grainger and Worrall, Stanmore Industrial Estate, Bridgnorth, Shropshire.

The Duke of Gloucester later attended a Reception at Attingham Park, Atcham, Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

His Royal Highness, Patron, this evening attended Woodstock Literary Festival Dinner at Blenheim Palace.

Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park 

Princess Alexandra this afternoon opened the extended Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at St George’s Hospital, Blackshaw Road, London SW17, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir David Brewer).

Her Royal Highness this evening attended a Concert to mark The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in St Andrew’s Church, Ham Common, Richmond, Surrey, and was received by Sir Kenneth Knight (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
