Clarence House

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this morning visited the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre Headley Court, Epsom, Surrey, and opened the new Jubilee Rehabilitation Complex.

Their Royal Highnesses this evening gave a Reception for London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics volunteers at Clarence House.

St James’s Palace 

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, representing The Queen, this morning attended a Ceremonial Farewell at Vaiaku Falekaupule, Tuvalu, to mark Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee and subsequently departed from Funafuti International Airport for the United Kingdom.

Buckingham Palace 

The Duke of York this afternoon met apprentices learning their trade at Chatsworth House.

His Royal Highness this evening attended the E20 Dinner given by the Duke of Devonshire.

The Princess Royal, Chancellor, University of the Highlands and Islands, this morning visited the Scottish School of Forestry, Inverness College, Viewhill, and was received by Mr Francis Hamilton (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Inverness).

Her Royal Highness, President, World Horse Welfare, later opened the Indoor Arena and Visitor Centre at Belwade Farm, Aboyne Aberdeenshire, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Aberdeen (Mr James Ingleby).

The Princess Royal, this afternoon visited HMS Queen Elizabethunder construction at Rosyth Dockyard, Rosyth, Dunfermline, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Fife (Mrs Margaret Dean).

Kensington Palace 

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester today carried out the following engagements in Helsinki, Finland, to mark Helsinki as the World Design Capital 2012.

Their Royal Highnesses this morning visited the Architecture Pavillion and Design Museums.

The Duke of Gloucester afterwards visited the Architecture Museum and Alvar Aalto Museum.

Their Royal Highnesses this afternoon visited the newly renovated City Campus Library at Helsinki University City Campus.

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester later toured Helsinki Harbour by boat.

Their Royal Highnesses this evening attended a Dinner given by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Finland (His Excellency Mr Matthew Lodge) at the Residence.

The Duchess of Gloucester this morning visited Helsinki Music Centre.

The Duke of Kent, Colonel-in-Chief, this morning visited 1st Battalion Royal Regiment of Fusiliers at Mooltan Barracks, Tidworth, Wiltshire.

Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park

Princess Alexandra this afternoon opened Horder Ward, Royal Marsden Hospital, Fulham Road, London SW3.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Mental Health Foundation, later visited the Foundation for People with Learning Disabilities’ Quality Check Project, Sessions House, 17 Ewell Road, Surbiton, Surrey.
