COURT CIRCULAR

Balmoral Castle 

The Duke of Edinburgh this morning met disabled Servicemen before starting a sponsored Bicycle Ride from Sandringham House to Greenwich, London.

Clarence House 

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, Patron, today attended a Cattle Show at Ballindalloch Castle to mark the One Hundred and Fiftieth Anniversary of the Aberdeen-Angus Cattle Society and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Banffshire (Mrs Oliver Russell).

Buckingham Palace 

The Earl of Wessex this afternoon visited Powis Community Centre, 11 Powis Circle, Aberdeen, in celebration of their Seventieth Anniversary, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Aberdeen (Councillor George Adam, the Lord Provost).

His Royal Highness, Patron, Haddo House Choral and Operatic Society, later opened the Inaugural Haddo Arts Festival at Haddo House, was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Aberdeenshire (Mr James Ingleby) and this evening attended the Festival’s Grand Opening Concert at the House.
