The Princess Royal, Chancellor, the University of Edinburgh, and Patron, Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, this morning opened the new Farm Animal Practice facility at Easter Bush Veterinary Centre, Bush Farm, Roslin, and was received by Sir Robert Clerk, Bt (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Midlothian).
Her Royal Highness, President, Victim Support Scotland, this afternoon attended a Young People’s Conference at Whitburn Academy, Shanks Road, Whitburn, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Lothian (Mrs John Brydie).
The Princess Royal, Chancellor, the University of Edinburgh, this evening attended a Special Graduation Ceremony at the Playfair Library Hall, Old College, South Bridge, Edinburgh, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh (Councillor Donald Wilson, the Rt Hon the Lord Provost).
Her Royal Highness, Patron, Columba 1400, later held a Dinner at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

The Duke of Gloucester, President, the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution, this afternoon received Mr Julian Sayers upon relinquishing his appointment as Chairman and Mr Christopher Riddle upon assuming the appointment.
His Royal Highness, President, Greenwich Foundation, this evening attended the launch of the conservation of the West Wall in the Painted Hall at the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich, London SE10, and was received by Dr Pieter van der Merwe (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
The Duchess of Gloucester, Patron, the Royal London Society for Blind People, this morning attended the One Hundred and Seventy Fifth Anniversary Service in the Parish Church of St Alban the Martyr, Holborn, 18 Brooke Street, London EC1.
Her Royal Highness, Royal Patron, Missing People, this afternoon received Mr Martin Houghton-Brown upon relinquishing his appointment as Chief Executive.
