His Royal Highness, Colonel-in-Chief, Army Air Corps, later received Lieutenant Colonel Thomas de la Rue (Commanding Officer 3 Regiment) The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon received Commander Iain Breckenridge upon relinquishing his appointment as Commanding Officer of HMS Astute and Commander Stephen Walker upon assuming the appointment.
Her Royal Highness, Patron, the British Equestrian Federation, this evening gave a Reception for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Equestrian Teams at Clarence House.

The Countess of Wessex, Patron, Bicentennial Celebrations, Border Union Agricultural Society, this afternoon attended a Lunch at Springwood Park, Kelso, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Roxburgh, Ettrick and Lauderdale (Captain the Hon Gerald Maitland-Carew).
