COURT CIRCULAR

Buckingham Palace 

Her Excellency Ms Federica Bigi was received by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of her predecessor and her own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of San Marino to the Court of St James’s.

His Excellency Mr Pasan Teparak was received by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from Thailand to the Court of St James’s.

Mrs Teparak was also received by Her Majesty.

Mr Matthew Rycroft (Chief Operating Officer of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office) was present.

His Excellency Dr. Carl Roberts (High Commissioner for Antigua and Barbuda) was received by The Queen.

The Duke of Edinburgh this afternoon officially opened Luton and Dunstable University Hospital Cardiac Centre, Lewsey Road, Luton, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Bedfordshire (Mrs Helen Nellis).

Clarence House 

The Duchess of Cornwall this evening gave a Reception for the Military at Clarence House.

St James’s Palace 

The Duchess of Cambridge, Patron, Action on Addiction, this morning visited Hope House, 52 Rectory Grove, London SW4.

Buckingham Palace

Today is the Anniversary of the Birthday of The Duke of York.

Palace of Holyroodhouse 

The Princess Royal, Patron, Moredun Foundation, this morning visited the Education and Training in Livestock Science Exhibition, Pentlands Science Park, Bush Loan, Penicuick, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Midlothian (Mr Patrick Prenter).

Her Royal Highness, Chancellor, the University of Edinburgh, this afternoon opened the Muir Maxwell Epilepsy Centre, Queen’s Medical Research Institute, Little France Campus, Edinburgh, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh (Councillor Donald Wilson, the Rt Hon the Lord Provost).

The Princess Royal, Patron, the University of Edinburgh Graduates’ Association, this evening attended a Reception at Talbot Rice Gallery, Old College, the University of Edinburgh, South Bridge, Edinburgh.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Opportunity International United Kingdom, later held a Dinner at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

Kensington Palace 

The Duke of Gloucester, Grand Prior, the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, this afternoon attended a Steering Committee Meeting at St John House, 3 Charterhouse Mews, London EC1.

St James’s Palace 

The Duke of Kent, President, Commonwealth War Graves Commission, today carried out the following engagements in Hampshire.

His Royal Highness this morning visited Portsmouth Naval Memorial, Southsea Common, Portsmouth.

The Duke of Kent afterwards visited Portsdown Christ Church Military Cemetery, London Road, Widley.

His Royal Highness this afternoon visited Ann’s Hill Cemetery, Ann’s Hill Road, Gosport.

The Duke of Kent afterwards visited Lee-on-Solent Fleet Air Arm Memorial, Marine Parade West, Lee-on-Solent.

His Royal Highness later visited Hollybrook Cemetery, Tremona Road, Southampton.
