COURT CIRCULAR

Buckingham Palace 

The following were received by The Queen today upon their appointment as Justices of the High Court when Her Majesty conferred upon them the honour of Knighthood and invested them with the Insignia of a Knight Bachelor: Mr Justice Stuart-Smith, Mr Justice Males, Mr Justice Leggatt, Mr Justice Horner and Mr Justice Maguire.

Mrs Justice Asplin was received by The Queen upon her appointment as a Justice of the High Court when Her Majesty invested her with the Insignia of a Dame Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.

Clarence House 

The Prince of Wales this afternoon opened the Uley Community Store, the Street, Uley, Gloucestershire.

His Royal Highness later visited Turnbull and Asser Limited, Sabre Close, Gloucester.

Kensington Palace 

The Duke of Gloucester, Honorary President, the 20-Ghost Club Limited, this evening attended the Annual General Meeting and Dinner at Boodle’s, 28 St James’s Street, London SW1.
