The Duchess of Cambridge, Occasional Volunteer, the Scout Association, today visited a camp training day at Great Tower, Birks Road, Newby Bridge, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cumbria (Mrs Peter Hensman).

The Earl of Wessex, Patron, Windsor Festival, this evening attended the Windsor String Competition Finals at Windsor Castle.

The Princess Royal, Patron, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conference (United Kingdom), this morning attended the Conference Study Tour at Rhodes House, South Parks Road, Oxford, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Oxfordshire (Mr Timothy Stevenson).

Her Royal Highness, President, National Equine Forum, was represented by Mr Richard Matson (Vice Chairman) at the Service of Thanksgiving for the Life of Professor Sir Colin Spedding (Chairman) which was held in Reading Minster, Berkshire, this afternoon.
