Clarence House 

The Prince of Wales, Colonel-in-Chief, this morning visited the Army Air Corps at Wattisham Airfield, Ipswich, Suffolk, and presented Operational Service Medals to soldiers recently returned from Afghanistan.

His Royal Highness, Patron, this afternoon opened the Houghton Revisited Exhibition at Houghton Hall, King’s Lynn, Norfolk.

The Prince of Wales this evening held a Reception at St James’s Palace for the United Kingdom Trade and Investment Global Investment Conference.

The Duchess of Cornwall, President, the Maggie Keswick Jencks Cancer Caring Centres Trust, this afternoon attended a Reception at Vogue House, 1-2 Hanover Square, London W1, and was received by Brigadier Paul Orchard-Lisle (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

St James’s Palace 

Prince Henry of Wales this morning departed Heathrow Airport, London, for the United States of America and was received upon arrival at Dulles International Airport, Washington DC, this afternoon by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the United States of America (His Excellency Sir Peter Westmacott).

His Royal Highness, Patron of the Twenty Fifth Anniversary of the Halo Trust, later attended the Trust’s Exhibition at the Russell Senate Office Building in Washington DC.

Prince Henry of Wales afterwards attended a Reception given by Mrs Barack Obama at the White House.

His Royal Highness this evening attended a Reception given by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the United States of America and Lady Westmacott at the Residence and afterwards, as Patron of the Twenty Fifth Anniversary of the Halo Trust, attended a Dinner given by His Excellency and Lady Westmacott at the Residence.

Mr James Lowther-Pinkerton and Sir David Manning are in attendance.

Buckingham Palace 

The Duke of York this evening attended a Reception at St James’s Palace for the United Kingdom Trade and Investment Global Investment Conference.

His Royal Highness, Commodore-in-Chief, Fleet Air Arm, this evening attended a Dinner onboard HMS Illustrious at Greenwich, London SE10, to commemorate the Seventieth Anniversary of the Battle of the Atlantic.

Buckingham Palace 

The Countess of Wessex this morning visited St Dominic’s School, Hambledon, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey (Dame Sarah Goad).

Her Royal Highness today visited Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, Waverley Lane, Farnham, Surrey, to celebrate the expansion of the Hospice Care at Home Service.

The Countess of Wessex this afternoon opened the Cooper Room at St John the Baptist Church, Church Lane, Bisley, and was received by Lady Toulson (Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey).

Buckingham Palace 

The Princess Royal this morning visited Colston Bassett and District Dairy, Harby Lane, Colston Bassett, during its Centenary Year and was received by Colonel Timothy Richmond (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Nottinghamshire).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the Firefighters Memorial Trust, this afternoon unveiled the Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Memorial at St Mary’s Church, High Pavement, Lace Market, Nottingham, followed by a Reception at the Galleries of Justice Museum and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Nottinghamshire (Sir John Peace).

Kensington Palace 

The Duke of Gloucester, President, Crown Agents Foundation, this afternoon attended the Annual General Meeting and Reception at Lancaster House, London SW1.

St James’s Palace 

The Duke of Kent, Colonel, Scots Guards, this morning attended the Battalion Medal Parade at Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire.
