The Duke of York this morning attended a Reception at Government House, Victoria, Canada, for young people who have achieved the Gold Standard in The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.

His Royal Highness later opened the Highland Games at Topaz Park, Victoria.

The Duke of York this afternoon witnessed training serials conducted by the Royal Canadian Navy onboard Patrol Craft Training Renard.

His Royal Highness afterwards visited the Robert Bateman Centre, Victoria.

The Duke of York this evening attended a Dinner given by the Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia (the Hon Judith Guichon) at Government House, Victoria.

St James’s Palace 

The Duke of Kent, Patron, this morning attended the Devonshire and Dorset Regimental Association Annual Reunion at Guildhall, High Street, Exeter, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Devon (Mr Eric Dancer).
