COURT CIRCULAR

Buckingham Palace 

The Queen held an Investiture at Buckingham Palace this morning.

Mr Patrick Carroll was received by Her Majesty when The Queen decorated him with the Royal Victorian Medal (Gold).

The Duke of Edinburgh this morning viewed a Wing Sail demonstration on Timsbury Lake, Southampton, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire (Dame Mary Fagan).

The Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon (Lord in Waiting) was present at Royal Air Force Northolt this evening upon the Arrival of The President of the Republic of Croatia and Professor Dr Tatjana Josipovic and welcomed His Excellency and Professor Dr Tatjana Josipovic on behalf of The Queen.

Clarence House 

The Prince of Wales this morning held a Meeting at St James’s Palace on the illegal wildlife trade.

His Royal Highness, Founder, later held a Meeting for In Kind Direct at Clarence House.

The Prince of Wales, President, afterwards held a Meeting for the British Asian Trust.

St James’s Palace 

The Duke of Cambridge this morning attended the Meeting held by The Prince of Wales at St James’s Palace on the illegal wildlife trade.

Buckingham Palace 

The Duke of York this morning visited the Creative and Media Studio School, Netherhall Learning Campus, Huddersfield, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Yorkshire (Dr Ingrid Roscoe).

His Royal Highness afterwards visited the 3M Buckley Innovation Centre, the University of Huddersfield.

The Duke of York this evening gave a Dinner for Yorkshire entrepreneurship at the Cedar Court Grand Hotel and Spa, Station Rise, York, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of North Yorkshire (the Lord Crathorne).

Buckingham Palace 

The Earl of Wessex, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation, this afternoon departed Heathrow Airport, London, for the United States of America.

His Royal Highness this evening attended a Young Fellowship Dinner in New York City.

Brigadier John Smedley is in attendance.
