Their Royal Highnesses today visited the School of Textile and Design, Heriot-Watt University, Scottish Borders Campus, Galashiels, and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Roxburgh, Ettrick and Lauderdale (Captain the Hon Gerald Maitland-Carew).
