The Rt Hon Stephen Harper MP (Prime Minister of Canada) was received in audience by The Queen this afternoon.

The Rt Hon David Cameron MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of Her Majesty this evening.

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh were represented by Field Marshal Sir John Chapple (formerly Aide-de-Camp General) at the Service of Thanksgiving for the Life of General Sir Michael Gow (formerly Aide-de-Camp General) which was held in the Guards Chapel, Wellington Barracks, London SW1, this afternoon.

The Prince of Wales was represented by Field Marshal the Lord Guthrie of Craigiebank.

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester were represented by Major General Michael Scott.

The Duke of Kent was represented by Brigadier George Nickerson.

Princess Alexandra, the Hon Lady Ogilvy was represented by Lieutenant Colonel Gordon Birdwood.

Mr Alan Tait (Deputy Lieutenant of West Sussex) was present at Gatwick Airport, London, this evening upon the Arrival of The President of the Republic of Ghana and welcomed His Excellency on behalf of The Queen.

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay and The Duchess of Rothesay this morning visited Moorbrook Textiles Limited, March Street Mills, Peebles, and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Tweeddale (Captain Sir David Younger).

Their Royal Highnesses today visited the School of Textile and Design, Heriot-Watt University, Scottish Borders Campus, Galashiels, and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Roxburgh, Ettrick and Lauderdale (Captain the Hon Gerald Maitland-Carew).

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, and The Duchess of Rothesay this afternoon visited Johnstons of Elgin, Eastfield Mills, Mansfield Road, Hawick, Roxburghshire.

His Royal Highness, President, The Prince’s Regeneration Trust, later held a Meeting at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay afterwards received the Rt Hon Alex Salmond MSP (First Minister of the Scottish Executive) at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

His Royal Highness, Patron, this evening held a Reception for Breakthrough Breast Cancer at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

The Prince of Wales, Patron, the Battle of Britain Fighter Association, was represented by Air Marshal Carl Dixon (Commander, Joint Helicopter Command) at the Service of Thanksgiving for the Life of Squadron Leader Percival Leggett (Veteran) which was held at Surrey and Sussex Crematorium, Balcombe Road, Crawley, West Sussex, this morning.

The Duke of York this morning visited Elstree Studios, Shenley Road, Borehamwood, and attended a Meeting for Elstree University Technical College, having been received by Mr Richard Beazley (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Hertfordshire).

His Royal Highness this afternoon visited Diageo, Lakeside Drive, Park Royal, London NW10, and was received by Ms Mei Sim Lai (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

The Duke of York later visited Dunnhumby, Aurora House, 71-75 Uxbridge Road, London W5, and was received by Mr Robert Leader (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

His Royal Highness this evening held a Dinner at Windsor Castle for Founders Forum.

The Countess of Wessex this morning visited Morden College, St German’s Place, London SE3, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir David Brewer).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon chaired a Charities Forum at Buckingham Palace.

The Princess Royal, Townswomen’s Guilds, this morning attended the Annual General Meeting at Harrogate International Centre, Kings Road, Harrogate, and was received by Mrs Judith Thomas (Deputy Lieutenant of North Yorkshire).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, this afternoon opened Harrogate Citizens Advice Bureau, Audrey Burton House, Queensway, Harrogate.

The Princess Royal, Patron, UK Youth, this evening attended a Motorexpo Gala Dinner at Boisdale, Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London E14.

Kensington Palace 

The Duke of Gloucester this evening attended a Reception for the Society of Mary and Martha at St Catherine’s Chapel Garden, Westminster Abbey, London SW1.

St James’s Palace 

The Duke of Kent this morning visited Campden BRI, Station Road, Chipping Campden, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gloucestershire (Dame Janet Trotter).

His Royal Highness this afternoon visited Cotek Papers Limited, Draycott, Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire.
