By command of The Queen, Mr Charles Gray (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) received Her Excellency Mrs Ana Albán Mora at St James’s Palace this afternoon upon relinquishing her appointment as Ambassador from Ecuador to the Court of St James’s.

The Prince of Wales, President, the British Red Cross Society, this afternoon presented Sir Nicholas Young with The Queen’s Badge of Honour in recognition of exceptional service to the British Red Cross Society at Clarence House.

The Prince of Wales, Patron, the Bentley Priory Battle of Britain Trust, and The Duchess of Cornwall later opened the new Museum at Bentley Priory, Stanmore, Middlesex, and were received by Mr John Purnell (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Her Royal Highness, President, Royal Yachting Association, and Patron, International Dragon Class World Championships 2013, this afternoon attended the International Dragon World Championships at Weymouth and Portland Sailing Academy, Osprey Quay, Portland, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Dorset (Mrs Anthony Pitt-Rivers).
