His Royal Highness this evening attended the Soldiers’, Sailors’, Marines’, Coast Guard and Airmen’s Club Reception and Awards Ceremony at the Pierre New York.
The Duke of York afterwards attended a Royal United Services Institute Dinner at the Council on Foreign Relations.

The Earl of Wessex this morning visited Jaguar Land Rover, Alliance Motors Zambia, Ben Bella Road, Lusaka, Zambia.
His Royal Highness, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation, afterwards visited the Commonwealth Youth Programme Regional Centre for Africa, University of Zambia, Great East Road Campus, Lusaka.
The Earl of Wessex this afternoon departed Kenneth Kaunda International Airport for South Africa and was received later upon arrival at Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg, by Mrs Judith Macgregor (British High Commissioner Designate to the Republic of South Africa).
The Countess of Wessex this evening departed Heathrow Airport, London, for South Africa.

The Princess Royal, Colonel-in-Chief, The Royal Logistic Corps, today took the salute at the 11 Explosive Ordnance Disposal Regiment Freedom of Didcot Parade before presenting Operational Service Medals to members of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Search Task Force at the Civic Hall, Didcot, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Oxfordshire (Mr Timothy Stevenson).
