His Royal Highness later opened the Adur Ferry Bridge, Sussex Yacht Club, 85-89 Brighton Road, Shoreham-by-Sea.
The Duke of Gloucester this afternoon opened the renovated Upper School Block at Hazelwick School, Three Bridges, Crawley, West Sussex.
The Duchess of Gloucester this afternoon visited Sketchley Hill Menphys Nursery, Sketchley Road, Burbage, to mark their Twenty First Anniversary and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Leicestershire (Jennifer, Lady Gretton).
Her Royal Highness afterwards visited Wyggeston’s Hospital, Hinckley Road, Leicester, to mark its Quincentenary.

Her Royal Highness later received Commander Benjamin Ripley at Buckingham Palace upon relinquishing his appointment as Commander of HMS Kent and Commander Andrew Block upon assuming the appointment.
