The Queen was represented by Mrs John Tulloch (Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Dumfries) at the Memorial Ceremony for the Twenty Fifth Anniversary of the Lockerbie Bombing which was held at Dryfesdale Cemetery, Lockerbie, Dumfriesshire, this afternoon.
