The Duke of Edinburgh, Captain General, Royal Marines, was represented by Lieutenant General Sir Henry Beverley (formerly Commandant General) at the Funeral of Major General Peter Lester Spurgeon, Royal Marines, which was held in St. Laurence Church, Appleton, Oxfordshire, today.

His Royal Highness, President, The Prince’s Drawing School, this evening held a Dinner at Dumfries House.
