Sir David Manning, Mr Miguel Head, Miss Rebecca Deacon and Dr Edward Perkins were in attendance.

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester this morning departed from Heathrow Airport, London, for Italy and were received upon arrival at Rome Fiumicino Airport by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Holy See (His Excellency Mr. Nigel Baker).

Their Royal Highnesses this afternoon visited the Pontifical Irish College, Via dei Santi Quattro, Rome.

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester this evening attended a Dinner given by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Holy See at the Residence in Rome.
