Buckingham Palace
The Queen this afternoon arrived at Portsmouth Harbour Railway Station and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire (Dame Mary Fagan) and the Lord Mayor of Portsmouth (Councillor Lynne Stagg).
Her Majesty drove to South Railway Jetty, HM Naval Base Portsmouth, and was received at HMS LANCASTER by Commander Peter Laughton (Commanding Officer).
The Queen was received with a Royal Salute and subsequently inspected a Guard of Honour.
Her Majesty, Duke of Lancaster, attended a Reception for the Ship’s Company and their families, before embarking in HMS LANCASTER where The Queen honoured the Ship’s Company with her presence at Lunch.
The Duke of Edinburgh, Founder and Patron, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Association, this afternoon held a World Fellowship Welcome Luncheon at Buckingham Palace
His Royal Highness, Senior Fellow, Royal Academy of Engineering, later received Sir John Parker (President).

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall today carried out the following engagements in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Their Royal Highnesses this morning joined a Youth Parliament debate at Province House and were received by the Hon Robert Ghiz (Premier of Prince Edward Island).
Their Royal Highnesses afterwards visited the Confederation Centre of the Arts and The Prince of Wales was presented with the Symons Medal.
The Prince of Wales later visited the Centre for Applied Science and Technology, Holland College.
His Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Canadian Institute of Forestry meeting at Government House.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this evening attended a Reception for Outstanding Canadians at Government House, Winnipeg, and were received by the Lieutenant Governor of Manitoba (His Honour the Hon Philip Lee).

His Royal Highness this morning received Mr Esa Ahmed Al-Kandari (Minister of Communications and Minister of State for Municipality Affairs) at the Bayan Palace.
The Duke of York received Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah Al-Sabah (Minister of Cabinet Affairs).
His Royal Highness received Dr Mohammed Al Zuhair (Head of Kuwait’s SME Fund).
The Duke of York today held a Roundtable Discussion at the Bayan Palace with active young Kuwaiti entrepreneurs from INJAZ and leading local established entrepreneurs.
His Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Luncheon at the Chairman’s Club with leaders of the energy and finance sectors.
The Duke of York this evening attended a Dinner given by the Governor of Ahmadi (Sheikh Fawaz Khaled Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah) at the Jumeirah Hotel.

The Earl and Countess of Wessex afterwards opened the Shed, Martin’s Memorial Church of Scotland, Francis Street, Stornoway.
