The Duke of York, Patron, today attended The Duke of York Young Champions Trophy at Royal Aberdeen Golf Club, Links Road, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen.

The Earl of Wessex, Honorary Deputy Commissioner, this afternoon visited the Regional Royal Canadian Mounted Police Detachment, Kelowna, Canada, and was received by the Hon Mrs Judith Guichon (Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia).

His Royal Highness later attended a Reception with the Regional Forest Fire First Responders, Cedar Creek Estate Winery, Kelowna.

The Earl of Wessex, Honorary Chairman, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Young Canadians Challenge Charter for Business, and The Countess of Wessex, Global Ambassador, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, this evening attended a Dinner at Mission Hill Family Estate, West Kelowna.

The Countess of Wessex, Global Ambassador, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, this afternoon attended a Gold Award Ceremony and Reception at Mission Hill Family Estate.

The Princess Royal, Chancellor, University of the Highlands and Islands, this morning opened the Shetland College extension at Gremista, Lerwick, and subsequently attended the College Graduation Ceremony and University Foundation Day at Mareel, Lerwick, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Shetland (Mr. Robert Hunter).

Her Royal Highness, Chancellor, the University of Edinburgh, this evening held a Dinner at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, President of the Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conferences (United Kingdom Fund), this morning received Sir Alan Parker (Chairman of the Trustees) at 16 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London WC2.

Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park

Princess Alexandra, Royal Honorary Colonel, The Royal Yeomanry, this afternoon received at Buckingham Palace Lieutenant Colonel Kingsley Donaldson (Commanding Officer retiring) and Major Simon McMenemy (Commanding Officer designate).

Lieutenant General Sir Barnabas White-Spunner (Honorary Colonel) was present.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Durham Light Infantry Association, received Brigadier Robert MacGregor-Oakford and Colonel the Hon. James Ramsbotham.

Princess Alexandra, Royal Patron, Children and Families Across Borders, this evening attended a Reception in London for the retirement of Mr. Douglas Lewis as Chairman.
