His Royal Highness, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, later attended a Gold Award Ceremony and Reception at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Depot, Regina, and was received by the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan (the Hon. Ms. Vaughn Schofield).

The Princess Royal, President, Save the Children UK, this morning visited staff at 1 St. John’s Lane, London EC1, and later attended a Board Meeting at Brunswick Group LLP, 16 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London WC2.
Her Royal Highness, President, Royal Yachting Association, this afternoon opened the Willow Wren Inland Waterways Training Centre, Nelson’s Wharf, Rugby Road, Southam, and was received by Mr. Joseph Greenwell (Deputy Lieutenant of Warwickshire).
The Princess Royal later presented prizes at the Forest of Arden Agricultural Society Ploughing and Hedging Competitions at Kingley Farm, Wixford, Alcester, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Warwickshire (Mr. Timothy Cox).

The Duke of Gloucester this morning opened the Major Trauma Unit at Leeds General Infirmary, Calverley Street, Leeds, and was received by Mr .Timothy Hare (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of West Yorkshire).
His Royal Highness this afternoon visited Queen’s Mill, Aire Street, Castleford.
The Duke of Gloucester afterwards presented The Queen’s Award for Enterprise to Harvard Engineering Plc, Tyler Close, Normanton, Wakefield.
