His Royal Highness this afternoon opened the Leeke Building at King Edward VI College, King Edward Road, Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

The Earl of Wessex later visited Gatewa Court, New Directions, 27 Bilton Road, Nuneaton.

The Countess of Wessex this evening attended the London Press Club Charity Ball Reception at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2.

Her Royal Highness later attended a Reception for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity at the Natural History Museum, Cromwell Road, London SW7.

The Princess Royal, Patron, the Cranfield Trust, later attended a Twenty Fifth Anniversary Seminar at Prince Philip House, 3 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Great London (Sir David Brewer).
