His Excellency Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Commission as High Commissioner for Brunei Darussalam in London.
Datin Nurhayana Janis Abdullah Lim was also received by Her Majesty.
His Excellency Mr Jules-Armand Aniambossou was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Benin to the Court of St James’s.
Mrs Aniambossou was also received by Her Majesty.
Sir Simon Fraser (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) was present.
The Queen received the Bishop of Hereford (the Right Reverend Richard Frith) this afternoon who did homage upon his appointment.

The Right Reverend Dr Christopher Hill (Clerk of the Closet) was in attendance.
The Right Reverend Dr Christopher Hill was received by The Queen upon relinquishing his appointment as Clerk of the Closet and Head of Her Majesty’s College of Chaplains when Her Majesty invested him with the Insignia of a Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.
The Right Reverend James Newcome was received by The Queen upon assuming his appointment as Clerk of the Closet.
