His Excellency Mr Tadej Rupel was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Slovenia to the Court of St. James’s.

Mrs Rupel was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Mr Lauri Bambus was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Estonia to the Court of St. James’s.

Mrs Bambus was also received by Her Majesty.

Sir Simon Fraser (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) was present.

The Lord Bourne of Aberystwyth was received by The Queen upon assuming his appointment as a Lord in Waiting to Her Majesty.

The Rt Hon David Cameron, MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of Her Majesty this evening.

The Duke of Edinburgh, Colonel-in-Chief, The Queen’s Royal Hussars (The Queen’s Own and Royal Irish), today presented campaign medals in Sennelager, Germany.

The Prince of Wales this morning visited the Armenian Church of St Yeghiche, Cranley Gardens, Kensington, London SW7, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir David Brewer).

His Royal Highness, President, The Prince’s Trust and The Prince’s Teaching Institute, this afternoon held a vocational skills report back Meeting at Clarence House.

The Prince of Wales afterwards held a Reception at Clarence House for representatives from the vocational, education and skills sector.

The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon held a Reception for the Commonwealth Essay Competition Awards and to mark the inauguration of The Queen’s Essay Prize, at Buckingham Palace.

The Duke of York this morning attended a Meeting with Prince Khalid bin Faisal Al Saud (Minister of Education) at the Ministry of Education in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

His Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Abdul Latif Jameel Community Initiatives Bab Rizq Jameel Centre, Jeddah.

The Duke of York this evening attended a Reception for British vocational training providers, at the British Consulate General, Jeddah.

The Princess Royal, President, Victim Support, this morning received Miss Enid Rowlands upon relinquishing her appointment as Chairman and Mrs Catherine Dugmore upon assuming the appointment.

Her Royal Highness, Royal Honorary Colonel, University of London Officers’ Training Corps, received Lieutenant Colonel Paul Stanley upon relinquishing his appointment as Commanding Officer and Lieutenant Colonel Timothy Smart upon assuming the appointment.

The Princess Royal, Patron, Sports Coach UK, this evening attended the United Kingdom Coaching Awards at City Chambers, Glasgow, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Glasgow (Councillor Sadie Docherty, the Rt Hon the Lord Provost).

The Duke of Gloucester this morning visited the Royal Pavilion, Brighton, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of East Sussex (Mr. Peter Field).

His Royal Highness today opened the Beacon View Wellbeing Centre at St. Peter and St. James Hospice, North Common Road, North Chailey, and was received by Mrs. Marion Shepherd (Deputy Lieutenant of East Sussex).
