The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge this afternoon departed Heathrow Airport, London, for the United States of America and were received upon arrival at John F Kennedy Airport, New York, this afternoon by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the United States of America (His Excellency Sir Peter Westmacott).

Their Royal Highnesses, Joint Patrons, the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry, this evening attended a Dinner for the American Friends in New York.

Sir David Manning, Mr Miguel Head, Miss Rebecca Deacon and Mr Nicholas Loughran are in attendance.

The Princess Royal this afternoon departed Heathrow Airport, London, for France.
